After more than two decades working within bands, Bruno decided to begin again from an entirely personal perspective with Deep and Eternal, his first solo album: fifteen original songs blending Darkwave, Gothic Rock, Post-Punk and Alternative Rock, built around his deep baritone voice, atmospheric arrangements and a strongly cinematic approach. More than simply a collection of songs, Deep and Eternal is an introspective self-portrait. The new maxi-single “Wellerman” by Erlinn reimagines the iconic New Zealand sea shanty with a bold, multifaceted approach. Instead, the mighty sea creature dragged the vessel far from shore, pulling it along for 40 days. According to the lore, the Wellerman still follows the whale to this day — the crew refuses to cut the harpoon line, driven by sheer seafaring pride.
