KOS.MOS.MUSIC presents a preview to the second solo release by Ukrainian producer Evgeny Svirilin aka Hybert Phillips. The release will impress those who like deep sound based on halfstep rhythm with powerful basslines. "Gray Down EP" is a debut solo release by a Ukraine producer.
