Rob Hilgen debuted on our label two years back with the track "Reinventing" within a 'Two Unlimited 14' installment. Then followed his 'Lunar' EP and the remix on Jaybeetrax's "Take Me Home". And now we see him back with the fresh EP titled 'Balance'.
