A year back we took some new tradition for our label in form of annual maxi singles on both Spring Tube and Spring Tube Limited imprints. For these our projects we've decided to invite as a remixers an artists who never been remixing for us before - label's finest young or already prominent producers as well as some new to our rosters names. This year we present you the second maxi singles on Spring Tube and Spring Tube Limited. Spring Tube's 2018 maxi single is on Marco Grandi's track "Butterfly" from one of our latest samplers. December 28 of 2017 we've lost one of Spring Tube's leading artists and simply our good friend for years - Rishi K. He was visiting his father in Jordan, both are died when their car collided with a lorry on the Suweimeh-Dead Sea Road. We extend our most sincere condolences to Rishi's family, friends, and fans. With Spring Tube's 236th outing we present you the last release by Rishi K. on our label - "Through The Night". This EP includes his two exclusive original works that he signed us ten months back, as well as two remixes on the title track. First interpretation is provided by our veteran artist and label's constant mastering engineer - Domestic Technology, it's his first new work after a year of hiatus, and it's quality as always from this proficient producer. Whereas the second remix deliver our longstanding residents - Blood Groove & Kikis. Rishi asked us about the remix from these guys a couple of last years, this remix was our surprise for him, and we're sure he would be happy about it, - this version is a real masterpiece. We've contacted Rishi's closest friend Eric (who was with Rishi and his father in the same tragic car accident, and survived), he helped us to connect with Rishi's brother Tamer who generously seconded our idea (with support from Blood Groove & Kikis, Domestic Technology, and B-Max) of giving all proceeds from sales of this release to charity. Eric and Tamer suggested that we can donate to non-profit organization MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies). Rishi interned there during graduate school and also wrote his master's thesis, supported by MAPS, on using syrian rue to treat depression. Rishi and Eric have numerous talks over the years on the promise of psychedelic medicines to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and many other psychological illnesses. Rishi would be happy to know that his music will funding this organization, if even with a little contribution. Spring Tube's 235th release is a next full EP for the tracks from label's latest sampler. Here we see one of our current favorites - Javier Labarca from Chile's capital Santiago, and his new 3-tracker 'Lampara' EP. Javier is better know with a memorable works under his alias Masque (2007-2015) on Eelke Kleijn's Outside The Box Music, Evren Ulusoy's Kommunity, Toes In The Sand, Carica Deep, Proton/Particles/Apollo, Balkan Connection, DeepClass, and other imprints. Producing under his real name during last two years Javier Labarca release music mainly on his own label Agua y Sed. In June of 2017 Labarca debuted on Spring Tube (within our 'Deeper Shades 12' installment) with the tracks "Oren" and "Adal", as well as "Diplomat" and "Don Bronson" on our Lick My Lips Records. In the beginning of 2018 we present you the first personal release by Javier Labarca on Spring Tube. This EP includes his two brand new original works - the title theme "Lampara" and "Legato", plus the track "Better Hold On" featured on our latest sampler. With Spring Tube's 234th outing we present you the tenth album release on our label. Hailing from Germany's central western city Wiesbaden Jorg Brinkmann aka Jaybeetrax is a proficient producer with 15 years of experience in this industry, with signed music on such imprints as Baroque, Lowbit, AlterImage, McGroove, Light My Fire, Jetlag, OLD SQL, and many others. Last seven years we regularly see Jorg with releases also on Spring Tube and Spring Tube Limited. Finally, in the beginning of 2018, we've approached to his debut full-length artist album. Jaybeetrax's first album is entitled "Mixture". As says this title we have here a blend of various genres collection - from progressive and deep house to techno and even dubstep.
