2022 sees the return of CATASTROPHE BALLET to the band's early years via ScentAir Records. "The Malberg Tapes 1987 - 1990" contains those ten recordings of the first line-ups around ERIC BURTON, TINO DI MAURO and MANFRED THOMASER (!DISTAIN, DEMOCRACY and ARSINE TIBЙ), which were exclusively available on music cassettes around 1990. Among other songs, you can hear a live recording of the CATASTROPHE BALLET classic "The House Of Hate" as well as "Der Taucher" and "Black Fire", which were recorded in a studio in May 1990. Important at this point: The more than 30-year-old recordings cannot keep up with the qualitative standards of today. The digitalisation was done from original music cassettes. Regardless of this, ScentAir Records immediately seized the opportunity when MANFRED THOMASER and ERIC BURTON offered the recordings exclusively. "The Malberg Tapes 1987 - 1990" will be released in a limited edition on CD and on selected streaming services.

Losing My Favourite Game – tells a story about the existential vagueness of life.
Navigating the murky path ahead while having scattered thoughts about existence and doubts about the „authentic self“. It is about our lonely attemps to numb and anesthetize our minds, while the cartharsis we seek in excess – tonight as so often before – will only lead to defeat.
We love to alter our minds with substance, love or pain but will the joy ever leave us with more than feeling lost and forsaken?
Losing My Favourite Game is the first single from the upcoming album „Lost In Reality“.

A post new-romantic sound to introversion and self-criticism
Friday, August 19 marks a very special release. The release of the first single of The Livelong June’s second album. Lyric-wise the single is a logic step from where the debut ‘The Art of Living’ took off. Musically you will find a slicker sound, still with that special take the audience have proven to love.
The song ‘Not so good at being me’ dwells upon the struggles of being the best of you. It’s a product of depressive thoughts, self-criticism, and sadness. The sadness of not being able – capable – of being the best of yourself. The one you are meant to be and the one you know you are.
To balance things up, it’s yet another catchy electronic tune from the Sweden based duo. You’ll find musical influences from the 80s new romantic scene as well as the 90s alternative scene, blended with Scandinavian melancholy.

We are inside the world of VIKINGS, we are in RAGNAROCK!!! A powerful track dedicated to a special moment before the battle. The cross between Synthesizers and metal guitars makes this song a hymn to the conquest of freedom!
